Andrew D. Boltuch, DO
Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon
Andrew Boltuch, DO is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Largo Medical Center. Dr. Boltuch then completed his shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Holy Cross Orthopaedic Institute under the guidance of Jonathan Levy, MD. After his fellowship, he was accepted to the Alps Surgery Institute in Annecy, France, for an Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder and Upper Extremity Fellowship with world-renowned surgeons Laurent and Thibault Lafosse, MD.
Dr. Boltuch is also highly involved in research, using his broad academic background to author multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals on the subjects of shoulder and hand surgery. He has presented this research at both national and international meetings and has received recognition for his work. Dr. Boltuch enjoys teaching and is an Associate Professor for the orthopedic residency program at Largo Medical Center. Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He then went on to a surgery internship at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester in New Rochelle, New York, a residency at the NYU School of Medicine, and a fellowship in interventional pain management in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Patel is a licensed Florida state medical care provider and a U.S. citizen. Dr. Devesh Tiwary

Dr Devesh Tiwary MD JD FACS is a board-certified general surgeon with extensive trauma surgery experience, including severe head injury and major orthopedic trauma. His practice includes laparoscopic surgery, emergency abdominal surgeries, and robotic surgery.
Dr Tiwary obtained his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St Louis and his MD from University of California San Diego School of Medicine. He completed general surgery and residency and trauma surgery training at what’s now called Shands Jacksonville, and worked for a year as the emergency surgeon at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. After 7 years of private practice, Dr Tiwary went to Harvard Law School and graduated with a JD in 2003. He worked as a medical malpractice attorney for 15 years, then transitioned back to surgery, which he has done for the last 10 years, including at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Tampa Bay and WellStar Paulding Hospital near Atlanta. He has reviewed thousands of medical records from a legal standpoint.

He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in biology and then pursued his interest in the medical field by attending Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. Following medical school, Dr. Sussman continued his training in orthopedic surgery by completing his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at USF/HCA Morsani College of Medicine Largo Medical Center. He later completed an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Orlando Medical Center, where he honed his skills in sports medicine and minimally invasive shoulder and knee surgery. Dr. Carl Shenkman

Dr. Carl Shenkman is a board certified neurologist, with fellowship training in epilepsy and neuri critical care management. He is the neurological director of Bayonet Regional Medical Center and manages the intense neurological conditions. Additionally, he is also the chairman of the neurological quality care.
His residency was in neurology at the NY Medical College of the Archdioces St Vincent’s Medical Center. He further advanced his neruological training at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Neurological Instituate of Manhattan, in Epilepsy and neuro-critical care management.
Initally, he began practice in Atlanta, however, he moved to the Golden Isles of Southeast Gerogia to open a neurological practice for 20 years.
Consequently, an opportunity to advance his career and came to Tampa Bay where he devotes his neurological practice.
Furthermore, he advanced his education and graduated, during a full time practice, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014. Raised in Tallahassee, FL, Dr. Esposito obtained his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida. From there, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
